Story
The Children’s Cancer Institute is only just 30 years old but already it has raised millions of dollars towards the research into childhood cancer that has saved many, many lives. We all know someone struggling with cancer either themselves or having it come unexpectedly into their lives. Can you imagine when that victim is a child, and can you imagine further the relief felt when a parent of such a child is told "But wait we are likely to be able to cure this." That is the sort of news you are helping to deliver on a daily basis to families around Australia.
The Balmoral Swim is taking place on 22 March 2015, and I value the encouragement and any contributions you can make towards supporting my efforts!
